Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

  • Termingerechte und selbständige Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mit unserer firmeneigenen Personalabrechnungssoftware
  • Durchführung des Melde-, Berichts-, und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Erstellen von Buchungsbelegen
  • Führen von Lohnkonten und Stammdatenpflege
  • Ansprechpartner und Beratung von Mandanten zu allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Fachberatung zur firmeneignen Personalabrechnungssoftware für Kunden der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Vertretung sämtlicher Tätigkeiten der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung bei Robotron
  • Bedarfsweise Unterstützung bei weiteren Personalthemen

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder relevanter Studienabschluss
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse MS Excel
  • Analytische Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • absolute Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit
