Our customer is a leader in tax compliance and consulting for e-commerce businesses and look to expand internationally. They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, event participation, and lead generation for the Europe market.
Location: Frankfurt (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and coach team members to improve performance.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in VAT sales industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
