Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product and Project Manager to lead and support various initiatives aimed at enhancing the seller and buyer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to market research and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Manage, monitor, and drive progress on critical projects addressing escalated issues from European teams, including returns management, seller portal enhancements, website optimization, batch outbound/inbound automation, and overall improvements in the seller/buyer journey.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and international teams to align on goals and deliver results.
- Provide issue resolution support by investigating and troubleshooting EF system challenges, facilitating essential support to Customer Service (CS) and Business Development Managers (BDM).
- Support CS in customer-centric development initiatives and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with the Business Development (BD) and Key Account Management (KAM) teams to optimize and streamline seller onboarding processes.
3PP Project Management:
- Strengthen collaboration and service exchange with key partners, including eBay partner management and other potential 3PPs.
- Develop and expand integrations, either independently or through third-party platforms.
- Address and resolve issues related to 3PP integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding for sellers and providing support to BDM/KAM teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in e-commerce, logistics, or product marketing.
- Proficiency in web services, SQL, API, and log analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
