Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/-r Fachangestellte/-r bzw. Arzthelfer/in
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sie haben Freude und Engagement bei der Ausführung der Tätigkeiten im Team
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Word, Outlook) runden Ihr Profil ab

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten zur Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung im Verantwortungsbereich der pflegerischen Leitung
  • Blutentnahmen inkl. Blutgasanalysen (je nach Qualifikation)
  • Telefondienst
  • Koordination von Untersuchungsterminen inkl. Vorbereitung der dazugehörigen Unterlagen
  • Apotheken- und Materialbestellung
  • Dokumentation in EDV-Programmen
  • Unterstützung und Assistenz des Pflegepersonals
  • Chargenkontrollmanagement
