Instructional Designer / eLearning Content Developer (m/f/d)

• Evaluate Existing Content: Assess the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of current training materials.
• Content Conversion: Transform traditional training materials (e.g., wiki pages, documents, PowerPoint slides) into interactive eLearning modules.
• Multimedia Integration: Incorporate various multimedia elements such as text, images, videos, audio, animations, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Design and Development: Use eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, etc.) to design and develop engaging content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Quality Assurance: Review and test eLearning content to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of errors.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning, instructional design, and multimedia development.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role developing eLearning content and using eLearning authoring tools.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous eLearning projects and multimedia content is highly desirable.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) xAPI and AICC/SCORM-compliant content development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for eLearning content customisation.
• Experience in video production and editing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
