Chief Technology Director - Copper Products (Copper Strip & Sheet Focus)（m/f/d）

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products, technologies, processes, and equipment.
• Conduct in-depth research, gather and analyze global industry information, benchmark client needs, competitor technology trends, and advanced technology supplier developments, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Develop new product technology requirements and product development plans in alignment with the company’s strategic needs.
• Oversee the introduction of new products to benchmark clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in R&D and production technology within internationally recognized copper processing companies.
• Proven track record as a lead or key contributor in the development of copper and copper alloy products for sectors such as new energy vehicles, 5G, home appliances, and electrical industries.
• Expertise in heat treatment, surface treatment processes, and equipment, with the ability to address issues across the full production chain, including casting, processing, and heat treatment.
• Familiarity with copper products like C194, etched strip, C7025, and their applications in industries such as electrical connectivity, energy storage, and consumer electronics.
