Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (Energy Storage System) in Stuttgart

By combining different hardware options with cloud-based SaaS services,  provide the mobile solutions for energie charging and storage, like: Mobile Charging Services for Electric Vehicles, Mobile Energy Storage System for Microgrid. The Position serves as regional owner of product strategy related topics to ensure our products comply with the needs of the European markets. The job holder for this position is responsible for product competitiveness in the whole Europe region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulate product strategies including but not limited to product definition, product certification, go-to-market promotion, etc.
• Deeply research the regional industry criteria and drive both internally and externally to get necessary product certification.
• Craft functional selling points specific to European markets, leveraging insights from the industry trend, renewable energy market demand, customer analysis, etc.
• Present product selling points and technical solutions to target customers and convert their needs into technical requirements for R&D team.
• Conduct regional product promotion event such as product launch, customer training, technical forum and conferences.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 8 years of experience working in a product marketing role within the European scope.
• Familiar with renewable energy industry policies, including but not limited to BESS, EV charging, smart energy, electricity power system, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural organization, good manner and presentable.
• Result-driven, strong sense of accountability, and always seeking for innovation.
• Excellent command of English, any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
