Our Customer is one of the leading Solar Energy Storage Solution provider worldwide, incl. solar and battery energy storage, with a strong presence in Europe. It is a National High-tech Enterprise with strong R&D strengths that integrates R&D, production, sales and service as one, and has been authorized over 100 national patents since establishment including more than 40 invention patents. Our Customer has more than 2000+ employees all over the world, and has more than 15 Sales and engineers in Nürnberg Germany.
Work Place: Remote or in office Nürnberg
Type of Position: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for sales team for the product like: inverter, Energy Storage System, Battery System;
- Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting by telephone or email;
- Analyze related data and assist to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
- Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers; 6. Attend industry conferences and events;
Requirements:
- Background in science, major in electricity & electrical engineering is preferred;
- Three years or above relevant working experience, have a background in the renewable energy industry is preferred;
Responsibility, strong pressure resistance; - Good English communication skills and reading and writing ability.
